Gardening

It's May in Utah and that means planting time. We live in the Salt Lake area (zone 5) and I usually wait until May 10th to plant the tomatos since the weather is a little unpredictable. This year, it has been extra rainy, but I was able to get the tomatos in on the 12th so I'm still on time. It's been raining since, so they are getting a bonus watering. I do a pretty big garden for the three of us, but I just can't stop myself. This year I'll be putting in the following:

Tomatos
Peppers
Yard Long Beans
carrots
green beans
radishes
fennel
green onions
Swiss chard
Beets
banana squash
spaghetti squash
cucumber
basil
rosemary
zucchini
cilantro
Kale
Potatos
